Who provides the service
The SEO Audit for AI service is provided by Heather Spice trading as SEO Audit for AI, [BUSINESS ADDRESS — virtual office TBC]. Contact hello@seoauditforai.com.
Who can buy
The service is marketed primarily to business owners, but anyone may buy an audit for a website they are authorised to submit, including a personal website. If you buy mainly for personal purposes, you may be a consumer and applicable consumer rights continue to apply.
What you buy
The price is £99.99. Prices are shown in pounds sterling. We're not VAT registered, so no VAT is added. This buys one baseline audit of the submitted public website, a private report and dashboard, and one validation rerun after you make changes. You must request the validation rerun within 90 days of the baseline report being ready. The audit is a heuristic assessment of supplied crawl evidence. It does not measure rankings or actual AI citations and does not guarantee search placement, traffic, leads or revenue.
Starting and delivering the service
At checkout you expressly request that work begin after Stripe confirms payment. We will begin promptly and provide the baseline report within 30 days unless we agree a different time with you. The validation rerun becomes available when the baseline report is ready and expires 90 days later; contact us if the dashboard is unavailable.
Your responsibilities
You must be authorised to request an audit of the submitted website and provide accurate contact and business information. The audit uses publicly accessible website material and must not be used to scan private systems or content without permission.
Problems, cancellations and refunds
Tell us promptly if the service is not supplied as described or with reasonable care and skill. We will investigate and, where appropriate, repeat the work, reduce the price or refund the affected service. If you are a consumer, statutory cancellation, refund and service-quality rights apply; contact us promptly to exercise them. For business purchases, cancellations before work begins may be requested by email; after work begins, any refund may reflect work already performed and non-recoverable payment costs, subject always to rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Liability
Nothing excludes liability where exclusion is unlawful, including for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Subject to that, we are not responsible for decisions made solely from the audit, third-party platform changes, or indirect business losses. Our total liability arising from an order is limited to the amount paid for that order where the law permits.
Data and contact
Our privacy notice explains how we handle personal information. Email complaints or cancellation requests to hello@seoauditforai.com; include the purchase email and website, but never card details.
Retention
We retain paid-service personal data for up to 12 months from payment and then delete it, except for particular records that must be retained for a legal obligation or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. You may request earlier erasure; applicable exceptions may mean some records must be kept. See our privacy notice for details.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts that apply under mandatory law retain jurisdiction. Last updated 26 October 2026.
